    Product Information

Our fantastic new range of oak flooring has arrived! Herringbone flooring is incredibly popular for a range of different homes, creating a stunning blend between traditional and contemporary design. This multi-ply oak flooring is select grade, meaning that it offers minimal knots and only slight colour variation throughout the boards. Oiled to bring out the grain pattern in the oak, this flooring style is one of the more simplistic variations of oak, without losing the impact of real oak wood flooring. Perfect for a range of different decors, this herringbone flooring could be the option for you, regardless of the style of your home! Each floorboard features a micro bevel edge on all four sides, allowing the boards to be defined when they are laid, so there’s no mistaking this genuine oak flooring.

The Herringbone planks are all multi-ply constructed, meaning that they are formed of multiple layers of oak to produce a stronger and yet more affordable oak flooring option. Multi-ply construction uses the base board, followed by several layers of solid core boards which have all been bonded together, and then the final layer of oak is bonded to the top. The top layer is called the wear layer and is 4mm thick, allowing you to sand back any marks and scuff from the oak over time, or even completely re-oil the flooring if you wanted to redecorate in the future. Using tongue and groove fixings, this hardwood herringbone flooring is easy to assemble and incredibly strong, meaning that it will not shift over time.
