Looking for a solid fire door that also has a stylish contemporary look? Then you have come to the right place. The Valencia Prefinished Oak FD30 Fire door is the perfect choice for a modern home or office that needs a solid fire door that is more than a commercial flush door.
Five horizontal panels and two vertical side panels are accentuated with industrial aluminum inlays. Manufactured to the highest quality from crown cut North American oak veneer over a solid fire retardant core, this 45mm Oak veneer internal fire door shows off the natural grain of the oak which is complimented with the striking detail of the inlaid aluminum strips.
FSC accredited oak veneer is used in the manufacturing of these internal fire doors, and ensures that the future is also provided for as the wood comes from a sustainable forest.
The four most popular standard heights and widths available for this internal fire door and the generous trimming allowance of 15mm top, bottom and on both sides of the door we are sure this fire door will be the perfect fit for any modern environment.
The 10 year manufacturer's warranty gives you the peace of mind that should a manufacturing fault occur you are covered. If protection is what you need, the FD30 rating of this internal fire door gives you, your family and pets 30 minutes to escape in the event of a fire.
With a fire rated door lining and intumescent strip the entire doorway will hold back the smoke and flames giving you the ultimate fire protection whilst you make your exit. We recommend that an automatic closure where possible is the best way to ensure that the door is closed when you most need that fire protection.
The Valencia Prefinished fire door is lacquered with a clear lacquer with a 35% sheen during the manufacturing process giving you a high quality durable finish. The best solution for a quick and easy fix to your home or office upgrade.
Only need a little oiling if the edges have been trimmed. We recommend that you oil the edges to seal the door from any unwanted moisture before you hang the doors.
Installation
This door must be fitted with a minimum of 3 hinges. This is due to the weight of the product, which can be attributed to the high grade materials used in the construction of the door. Choosing to ignore this requirement will void your warranty.
Storage - Flat and Dry Only
As wood is a natural product it is important that it is stored correctly. We recommend that your new products are stored flat and in a dry area. We recommend that all packaging is kept on the products, or removed for inspection and then re applied for storage. Again as wood is a natural product it is susceptible to changes in each room's atmosphere and as such please be mindful of this and take care to avoid damp areas or newly plastered rooms etc.
Because it’s important that our products get to you in perfect condition and on time, we only work with trusted, reliable delivery companies who have an excellent reputation. To allow you to spend where it matters, the cheapest available delivery option will automatically be selected at the checkout stage. Don’t forget that orders over £750 will qualify for free shipping!

Skirting, Architraves, Linings, Window boards and Furniture - £25.00
*We apply a shipping surcharge of £35.00 to certain postcodes for door orders and £25 for timber only orders, which can also add an additional 5 working days to the delivery lead time, see our delivery page for more information.
For Standard deliveries, you will receive contact from the courier prior to delivery. For Express deliveries, you will not receive contact from the courier, with the aim to avoid delays in the Express delivery.
If you have chosen additional options for your items such as prefinishing, please allow up to an additional 10 working days for delivery. This will depend on the number of in-house oiling requests and the chosen finish which will affect the number of coats and required drying time.
Generally delivery is a weekday service. Couriers may however operate on weekends during busy periods. As such, we are unable to offer weekend deliveries, but this may be offered by the courier if they call to arrange your delivery date and time. Please note that your delivery will be made to the kerbside. As such, please ensure you can move your order to a secure location.
All delivery times given are based on orders being placed before 12-midday and the lead times are from once your order has been dispatched, not placed.
As unforeseen circumstances can, on the rare occasion, cause delivery issues, we do not recommend booking any tradesmen until your items have been delivered.
Flooring Delivery
Delivery is typically 7-10 days from order date. Your flooring will normally come on a pallet and be shipped using a kerbside delivery. We will call you before delivery to agree a date that suits as someone will need to be available to help offload. Please remember that our solid oak flooring is particularly thick and therefore very heavy. 65m2 will weigh approximately 1 tonne/1000kg.
