Looking for a little something different? Our Loch Sheil rustic oak flooring is a unique multi-ply oak floor, combining smoking and liming finishes to create an interesting final product. With the warmth of the smoked wood and the lightened grain from the liming, these floorboards offer an inverted contrast in comparison to our other Loch variations. This style of oak flooring could bring a cosiness to any home, ideal for kitchens, living rooms and dining rooms, this flooring will make quite the impression when entering the home. Versatile enough to work alongside a multitude of different decors, this flooring is a great choice for any style of home. These hardwood floorboards are oiled to enhance the features that the smoking & liming brings, whilst protecting your new flooring. As expected, the knots and cracks in this rustic oak flooring are more abundant than a prime grade flooring, so if you prefer that authentic oak look, this is the flooring for you.
This flooring is multi-ply, meaning that it is constructed using several layers of strong wood core, with the main rustic oak layer on the top and then finally finished with the top wear layer, protecting the flooring against damage. This engineered oak flooring also features a subtle micro bevelled edge, on all four sides of the planks, allowing the individual planks in the flooring to be distinguishable. The Sheil Oak Flooring is available in the size W180mm x L1800mm x D14mm, and we recommend customers order 10% extra than they have accounted for, to cover any adjustments needed. The oak used in the construction of our rustic oak is sourced from sustainable forests, ensuring that you are getting a product from a considerate supplier.
