This flooring option is something a little different to the standard Balmoral flooring options, offering a colour finish to the wood, this flooring is the best option for anyone looking to enjoy the benefits of solid oak flooring, but need a hint of colour to match their decor. This flooring is best suited to a modern home, with the ever popular monotone colour palette likely to stay in fashion for years to come, this grey tinted flooring is a great option to offer something a little different. A lot of grey flooring solutions aren’t available with the impressive features available in authentic oak products, so this product is something we’re very excited to offer! The floorboards used in this oak product are brushed and oiled, which enhance and raise the grain pattern and all those classic natural oak features such as the knots, splits and cracks, commonly found in this grade of oak, leaving them with a nice bright white finish. Featuring a micro bevel edge on all four sides of the plank, there will be no mistaking this for anything other than genuine oak, as every individual board is visible.
Sourced from sustainable French Oak forests, you can be sure that this product has come from environmentally responsible supplies. The construction method used to create this high quality oak flooring is what gives the product it’s strength and durability. Multi-ply flooring can offer the best of both worlds, with the benefits and features of solid oak wooden flooring with the affordability and structural soundness of multi-ply flooring. Produced by bonding several strong core wood planks together to create a solid foundation for the floorboard, they are then layered with the rustic Grade A oak top layer. The 3mm wear layer on top of the board means that in the future, any scuff or marks can be sanded out without damaging the decorative layer of oak and hitting the core. Board dimensions are W190mm x L1900mm x D14mm.
