Solid Oak External French Door

Designed to fit into normal door frames, this should easily fit into your existing opening. Open up your room with this fantastic quality French door and release the potential of your room.
Our French doors are supplied unglazed, giving you the choice of glazing style to select that will best complement your home interior. Choose between a standard clear double glazing unit or even leaded or slightly tinted glass to best suit the look and feel of your room, approximate size for glazing is 1690x618mm. (Please note this isan approximate measurement only based on visible glazing, we recommend you use this as a guide for quotaton purposes only and to wait until your door arrives with you before commiting to purchasing your glazing.)
Using our standard mortise and tenon construction and a full 44mm thick door frame you can rest assured that they are built to last with quality in mind. We also supply an Oak Weatherbar to match the door, which will be required should the door be "open to the elements". The solid oak French door is also known as the 'Pattern 20' door. However, the majority of these doors available on the market are made using veneers, whereas ours are made from 100% solid oak.
Our range of external doors are made from solid oak, however we do not recommend that any door of any construction is used in exposed areas i.e. direct rain or hot sun, therefore we recommend use in sheltered areas with a porch or canopy.
Please follow these treatment and maintenance instructions to preserve the beauty and strength of the wood.
