Put your own stamp on these doors by selecting your own choice of glazing for the small window to complement the existing style of your home.
In keeping with our high quality standards, all of our stable doors are manufactured using solid European oak (from sustainable forests) and are handcrafted with traditional techniques featuring mortise and tenon joints in the corners for strength and stability.
Stable doors are great for keeping pets out (or in) and for making the most of British summers by opening up our properties and breaking down the divide between house and garden. For those who have escaped to the country, the stable door means you can really make the most of your surroundings.
The traditional stable door is 100% solid oak and 44mm thick. Glazing is not supplied but you are able to fit a full 20mm double glazed unit for energy efficiency. We also supply an Oak Weatherbar to match the door, which will be required should the door be "open to the elements". As all of our oak stable doors are identical front and back and have a 1" rebate you can decide for yourself whether you want the door to open inwards or outwards.
