The doors were to to replace the existing, but mis-matched internal doors in an early Victorian country house. We took advantage of viewing the doors at the North London showroom before placing an order. The ordering process via the website was easy and the product accurately described. Some of the doors were not immediately in stock and UK Oak doors quickly contacted us to give us the choice of waiting for the stock to arrive or to cancel our order. They were able to give us an approximate delivery date when they expected to be re-stocked and this date was met exactly. Delivery was prompt, as promised by the couriers and the driver helped stack the doors inside to await fitting by our carpenter. The doors are double packed to prevent damage in transit.
The doors are now hung and we are totally satisfied with their look, quality and finish. If anything, the doors exceed the quality of the pictures on the website. We would concur with OK Oak doors recommendation that the doors be waxed in order to protect them and to enhance their final appearance.
All in all, a first class product that has met our expectations in full.
